M12x1.5 WITH the splines that perfectly match the Shimano version.
I have a older paragon machine works Thru-Axle derailleur hanger that requires this nut to sync properly with the hanger and a retainer (common style on a lot of TA bikes from a few years ago!). Somehow I lost the nut during recent repairs. The RAP version fit perfect and was WAY more cost effective then buying a whole new thru-axle or replacing the full derailleur hanger. I bought two in case one goes for a walk again 😉
Also shipping was super quick even with COVID issues.
