This and the matching rear axle I purchased for my Specialized Diverge are just so much better than the stock axles. No ugly spring-loaded handle, just a clean, neat looking hex socket head. Just a little copper assembly grease on the shaft and thread made for an easy, bind-free torque-up to the recommended 12Nm.
The axle selector menu is easy to use and the delivery was really fast to the UK. Top quality products and a top class service, both fully deserving of five stars.

Purchased the front and rear 12mm thru axles for my ’16 Crux. Top quality manufacturing, fits beautifully – all the good stuff. A very nice finishing touch to a carefully spec ground up build. Nice Job!

I needed a front axle on a bicycle. I could not find a suitable one anywhere. Asked a question in support. Got a quick reply. I took a chance. Ordered with delivery to Moscow. Received an order in 3 weeks. The item came up. The part itself has a convenient spacer for the short and long sleeve.Satisfied with everyone. Good job.

For my Canyon Ultimate CF SL this is the right axle. I like the high quality, the clean look (no lever anymore) and, of course, the really nice weight of only ~32 g.
The only thing I don`t like is the spacer I need – makes the look a bit more “bulky”. Two axle lengths would solve this issue. I would even pay more for this more in complexity.

Thanks so much for getting this to me so quickly. It fits my 2017 Specialized Elite front wheel perfectly. I like it better than the original because it uses a larger hex tool. It’s just a better feel as you install it. I take my wheel off twice per day due to the roof rack I use and I feel it will take a bit of abuse.

Great replacement Axle for my Specialized Sequoia 2018. The stock Axles with 5mm hex wore out. I guess the 6mm hex will hold out much longer and even the torque is specified on the Axles.
Shipment to Switzerland was fast, would buy any time again.

Perfect fit to replace a lost front axle for my 2020 Specialized Roubaix. Quality fit and finish. I would purchase from Robert Axle Project again without any reservation.

2018 Canyon Aeroad- rear installed clean. Not thrilled about using a goofy silver washer for the front. Ruins the aesthetics. Ok but the front really should be as clean as the front, if not more so!

I was seeking a front axle to match my rear axle (6mm and removable lever) on my Canyon Endurace. This axle was perfect, lightweight, and no lever once installed. The 6mm hex matches rear axle set up for removable lever. It did require that I use the provided spacer. Great solution for a hard to find axle.

Fits and looks wonderful on my 2020 Canyon Grail AL 2.0. I ended up using a hack saw to cut it to length and smoothed it with some high grit sandpaper, which worked flawlessly. High quality and looks so sleek.

I Used this axle on my Canyon Aeroroad. Unfortunately it came with a tapered spacer that must be used on the Canyon forks and its not a great interface. There is too great of a side load while cornering which causes the disc brake to chatter and make noise. . This was not an issue with the Canyon axle that came with the bike. I see that the Robert axle Project has an optional flat (non-tapered spacer) that may work better, but would cost me an additional $20 with shipping to get the flat spacer that was not provided with the axle. For the costs, I would expect that the axle would have come with both spacer options or have an axle for the proper length of the Canyon Aeroroad fork which the size selector said would be appropriate for my application.

I bought this axle for the front wheel on my Canyon Ultimate. I changed the wheels to new Zipp 303’s and the front hub is slightly wider than the stock wheels. It fits, without the spacer, perfectly.

By far the nicest thru axle I’ve seen. Quality and material are top notch! And love that they made different versions for heavier riders too

I purchased this axle to use on a Specialized Tarmac I had just purchased. It fits perfectly and looks great.I plan on buying a similar axle for the rear wheel when I get a chance. It’s great to see such high quality products in the market.

Perfect fit for my Canyon Endurace for the front fork. I used the Lightning Bolt-on Axle – Front 12 mm x 117 mm x 1.0 Thread with the included washer. Torque to specs from your Canyon Manual. I also use this thru-axle with the See Sucker bike mount and it fits perfect with the 12mm adapter.

It fit perfect my 2017 Specialized Roubaix fork. I like the clean look of the axle sitting flat within the fork. I bought it with Hexlox inserts to secure my carbon wheels, which also helps me lock my bike on my bike rack. The quality is great. I would recommend it and would buy again.
